RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES :

Your reservation will be replied within 24 hours, if the required fields are properly filled.
We will let you know should we need more times to find the best solution for your inquiry
All confirmed booking has to be guaranteed by a valid credit card (Visa/Master/Amex) or a transferred deposit.
The credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation and will be charged if any    cancellation fee applied by the hotel refer to hotel cancellation policy.
Our final confirmation email should be treated as a booking confirmation which can be shown upon arrival to the reception desk.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES :

The payment or required deposit for confirmed booking can be done with the below alternatives :
- Online payment with visa or master card (Click 'Bali Payment' icon, Agent code : Bali Villas Club)
- Deposit / Prepayment transfer using T.T (telegraphic transfer) to our Bank account
- Fax or email your own valid credit card copy with authorization statement form and copy passport.
- Upon our confirmation, the payment can be done directly to the respective hotel at agreed rates.

Any rest of payment by : cash or credit card upon arrival.
An additional of 3 % bank charge will be applied for payment by credit card.
